国家会展中心（天津）由商务部和天津市政府合作共建，是贯彻落实习近平总书记对天津工作“三个着力”重要要求和京津冀协同发展战略的标志性工程；是优化国家会展业发展战略布局、承接北京非首都功能疏解、辐射“三北”地区、打造全球会展新高地的重要平台。

项目将以“会展结合，以会带展，以展促会；重工业题材与轻工业题材结合，轻重协调发展；货物贸易与服务贸易结合，打造高端服务业新引擎”为发展模式，立足环渤海、辐射东北亚、面向全世界，成为具有持续领先能力的国际一流会展综合体。项目致力于打造中国最好用的超大型展馆，成为承接国家级、国际化会议和展览的最佳场地。

部市合作，国家使命

按照部市合作框架协议，中国对外贸易中心（集团）和天津城市基础设施建设投资集团分别代表国家商务部和天津市人民政府合资成立国家会展中心（天津）有限责任公司，注册资本40亿元，负责投资建设、展馆运营、会展服务等。

It is an important platform for optimizing the development strategy layout of the national exhibition industry, undertaking the relocation of non capital functions in Beijing, radiating to the "Three North" regions, and building a new highland for global exhibitions.

The project will adopt the development model of "combining exhibitions, leading exhibitions with exhibitions, promoting exhibitions with exhibitions; combining heavy industry themes with light industry themes for coordinated development of light and heavy industries; combining goods trade with service trade to create a new engine for high-end service industry". Based on the Bohai Rim, radiating to Northeast Asia, and facing t

he world, it will become an international first-class exhibition complex with sustained leading capabilities. The project is committed to creating the best super large exhibition hall in China, becoming the best venue for hosting national and international conferences and exhibitions.

Ministerial and municipal cooperation, national mission

According to the ministerial and municipal cooperation framework agreement, China Foreign Trade Center (Group) and Tianjin Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Group jointly established the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. on behalf of the Ministry of Commerce and the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, with a registered capital of 4 billion yuan, responsible for investment and construction, exhibition hall operation, and exhibition services.
